Remove the stock windblocker first if present (a simple procedure.) The brackets
fit the exact same hole pattern, so no drilling is required.

Using a 10 millimeter socket or wrench, unscrew the boot clip screw |  |

Using a flat screwdriver (or butter knife or fingernail) lift out the inner ring in the top plastic screw. Pull out inner ring. Then, lift out the entire screw |

Both holes are now empty |

Align bracket holes over hole openings. Screw back in the boot clip bolt. |

Install the Christmas tree plug or screw into top hole |  |
